Linda has a diverse teaching background, teaching grades 2-6. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Elementary Education with a certification as a Reading Specialist. She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Development and is certified as a school counselor. She holds a Masters of Library Science degree because she always knew she wanted to be a librarian. She is happiest with a room full of children surrounded by books and lots of technology. Her hobbies include reading, playing with new technology, and gardening. Her great love of animals means that she currently has three stray cats who have found forever homes with her.
Angie Veale
Angie spent twenty years as a stay-at-home mom raising three children, teaching each one to read and write before they started school. She then volunteered as a room parent and reading tutor in their various schools. An avid reader since childhood, she found her niche when she became an elementary school library volunteer. She now holds an Associate of Science degree in Library Technology, and is working on a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies in Library Science. She is always happy to help the students find books that keep them excited about reading. In her spare time she enjoys reading, speed walking, and spending time with family and friends.
